Use of the Service

KaguaAI provides a code similarity and plagiarism detection service. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Content and Code Submissions

When you submit code to KaguaAI for analysis, you retain ownership of your code. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your code solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the code for analysis and that the code does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership of your code submissions. By default, we do not permanently store your code unless you explicitly opt to save it. If you choose to save your code, it will be stored securely and associated with your account.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Termination
